The Humane Society of Jackson County does not have a shelter yet. However, we do assist local veterinarians and individuals trying to place animals that need homes and families.
By adopting your pet , you are giving a homeless animal a second chance at life. Rememver that there are many responsibilities that come with pet ownership. Your animal friend will be totally dependent on you for the rest of their life. Be sure you have fully considered the time, space, and financial means it takes to own a pet.
